RFP - Cultural Resources Management Services #9519

Notice is hereby given that the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals at said City Hall, Second Floor, Mayor’s Office, until 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of April, 2021, for the following:

The City of Biloxi (the “City”) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for professional Cultural Resource Management services in compliance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) responsibilities under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). The City requests these services for the purpose of evaluating projects submitted to FEMA by the State of Mississippi. Funding for the Cultural Resource Management services are from Public Assistance Funds being administered in response to Presidential Disaster Declaration FEMA-1604-DR-M.S

A Statement of Work will be available in the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 140 Lameuse Street, Biloxi, Mississippi (228) 435-6252 or via Plan Room at www.biloxiplans .com

THREE (3) PROPOSALS SHALL BE DELIVERED TO THE MAYOR’S OFFICE, SECOND FLOOR, CITY HALL, 140 LAMEUSE STREET, BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI 39530. INTERESTED FIRMS HAVE THE OPTION OF SUBMITTING THEIR PROPOSALS IN A SEALED ENVELOPE OR THROUGH THE CITY’S ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSION LINK AT www.biloxiplans.com.

Proposals shall be in letter form with the envelope plainly marked Proposal for Cultural Resource Management Services-Hurricane Katrina and shall be addressed to the Mayor’s Office, P.O. Box 429, Biloxi, Mississippi 39533 or electronically submitted at www.biloxiplans.com. The envelope should list all applicable state and local license numbers.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal accepted.
