REQUEST: The City of Biloxi, Mississippi (referred to herein as the “City”) is seeking proposals for the maintenance of City HVAC systems. Vendors are requested to submit proposals for both Bi-Annual Pricing and Annual Pricing. Annual services, if selected by the City, are to occur in April. Bi-Annual services, if selected by the City, shall occur in April and November of each year. Additional repair and maintenance services, provided at established hourly rates, are also sought.
