Surplus Real Property - 315 Elmer Street #12781

The City of Biloxi, Mississippi will receive Sealed or Electronic Bids
until 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of February, 2023, for surplus real property,
pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. §21-17-1(2)(a) (1972), as amended.

It is the City’s intent to sell the real property located at 315 Elmer Street, Biloxi, Mississippi, and identified as Tax Parcel No. 1410F-01-078.000 and 1410F-01-079.000.

All Bids will be considered and judged based on the following criteria:

• Bidder’s plan for developing the property, including proposed use(s) (25%)
• Bidder’s timeline for developing the property (25%)
• Consistency with the City’s goals and objectives for development of the downtown area (25%)
• Purchase price (25%)
• Minimum Bid of $2,500.00

All Bids should address the above-stated criteria. Bidders are encouraged to include renderings and proposed site plans
