NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR BIDS:
CITY OF BILOXI WILL ACCEPT BIDS FOR SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY

The City of Biloxi, Mississippi will receive Sealed or Electronic Bids
until 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of March, 2022, for surplus real property,
pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. §21-17-1(2)(a) (1972), as amended.

It is the City’s intent to sell the real property located on Kuhn Street, Biloxi, Mississippi, and identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 1410H-07-029.000 and 1410H-07-030.000.

All Bids will be considered and judged based on the following criteria:

• Bidder’s plan for developing the property, including proposed use(s) (25%)
• Bidder’s timeline for developing the property (25%)
• Consistency with the City’s goals and objectives for development of the downtown area (25%)
• Purchase price (25%)
• Minimum Bid of $50,000.00

All Bids should address the above-stated criteria. Bidders are encouraged to include renderings and proposed site plans.
