The City of Biloxi, Mississippi will receive Sealed or Electronic Bids
until 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of December, 2021, for surplus real property,
pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. §21-17-1(2)(a) (1972), as amended.

It is the City’s intent to sell the real property located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Division Street and Caillavet Street, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530, identified as Tax Parcel No. 1410E-01-010.000; and the real property located on the north side of the intersection of Elk Street and Caillavet Street, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530, identified as Tax Parcel No. 1410E-01-010.001.
